Mr. Brian Burk is the Director of Appraisal Services at The Ambrose Group and has over 18 years of experience in real estate. He specializes in appraisal valuation, appraisal review, and consulting services. Mr. Burke is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Texas and Louisiana and was awarded the MAI, SRA, AI-GRS designations by the Appraisal Institute. He has participated in wide-ranging valuation and consulting assignments, including office buildings, multi-family properties, shopping centers, health care facilities, self-storage facilities, mobile home/recreational parks, subdivisions, industrial facilities, and single-family residences. He has also served as a litigation consultant and expert witness in United States Bankruptcy Court.

Prior to The Ambrose Group, Mr. Burk was a Senior Appraiser at Keystone Consulting Group where he specialized in valuing shopping centers, hotels, community centers, and office facilities along the East Coast. Mr. Burk also worked as a credit analyst at Extraco Bank. He graduated from Baylor University earning a Bachelor in Business Administration with a dual degree in Real Estate and Finance.
