Commerical Appraiser

Location: Houston, Dallas, and Austin TX

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct thorough research and complete commercial appraisal reports using industry-standard databases and cutting-edge software tools 
• Evaluate commercial real estate properties in compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) 
• Schedule and conduct on-site property inspections, including measurements and photography 
• Deliver clear, professional communication with clients, team members, and administrative staff 
• Maintain continuing education and stay compliant with licensing and credential requirements 

Qualifications:

Skills & Competencies 

• Strong analytical, research, and technical writing skills 

• Self-starter with a commitment to meeting deadlines 

• Confident, professional communicator 

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, or 

• Associate’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate) 

• Appraisal education is a plus 

Experience 

• Commercial Appraiser Trainee License (preferred) 

• Prior real estate or appraisal experience is helpful but not required

Brokerage Associate – Commercial Real Estate

Location: Dallas, Texas

We’re growing our Dallas-based brokerage team and looking for a competitive, driven, and coachable individual to join us in an entry-level role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to break into the world of commercial real estate.

You’ll be trained by seasoned professionals, gain exposure to real-world deals, and play an active role in prospecting, listing promotion, and client outreach. This is a 1099 position, with no income cap for top performers. If you’re not afraid to make 100 calls a day, take initiative, and work hard to learn the business—this could be the launchpad you’ve been looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-volume cold and warm outreach to prospective clients
• Assist in marketing and selling listings
• Support senior agents in deal execution and lead generation
• Research and track market activity
• Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and property tours
