Mr. West has over 25 years' experience in Sales and Marketing focused on the Commercial Real Estate industry. He is an industry leader in property tax consulting and cost segregation studies. His core clients are sophisticated commercial real estate owners of office and medical office buildings industrial facilities, multi-family, and business personal property.

Mr. West graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution. He is a licensed real estate salesman and stays current on market trends in his field. Cliff has two children and in his spare time he loves to play golf, tennis, and hunt.
