Mr. Garrett Cook serves as a Real Estate Associate at The Ambrose Group, where he specializes in delivering tailored services across all sectors of commercial real estate, including appraisal, tax assessment, cost segregation, and brokerage. With over a decade of industry experience, Garrett brings a comprehensive understanding of real estate valuation, development, and construction management.
He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Texas, having gained extensive appraisal experience at Integra Realty Resources in Plano and McRoberts & Company in Dallas. His work has included valuations of diverse asset types such as PIDs, MUDs, land, industrial, office, retail, and other improved properties, as well as litigation support for condemnation proceedings. Additionally, prior to joining The Ambrose Group, Garrett was a Partner at SLX, a development firm focused on retail and office condo projects. His diverse background enables him to deliver strategic insights and value-driven solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science with a minor in Finance from Texas A&M University. He resides in Dallas with his wife, Madison, and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with his family.
