Roland Gomez serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations & HR at The Ambrose Group, where he oversees the strategic and operational management of the firm’s four key departments: Appraisal, Property Tax Consulting, Brokerage, and Cost Segregation. With over 18 years of expertise in commercial real estate appraisal, Mr. Gomez is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser specializing in complex fee work, eminent domain valuation, and appraisal report production.
In addition to his appraisal expertise, Mr. Gomez leads the firm’s human resources department, implementing policies that promote a cohesive and productive workplace culture. He is also responsible for optimizing business procedures and IT systems management, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. From implementing security protocols and database design to onboarding new employees, he leverages his technical acumen and operational insight to drive efficiency and communication across the organization.
Mr. Gomez has also been extensively involved in the firm’s Right-of-Way Department, integrating ArcGIS® Pro mapping software and introducing a comprehensive eminent domain budgeting service for both private and government entities.
A graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Music in Music Business, Mr. Gomez combines his diverse background with his operational expertise to effectively manage both the technical and strategic aspects of the organization.
