Mr. Stephen Spraberry is the Chief Operating Officer with The Ambrose Group in Dallas, TX and has over 30 years of experience in the valuation of commercial real estate. Mr. Spraberry is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas and Oklahoma and has been awarded the MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute - the highest professional designation in the industry. His professional experience includes commercial valuation in both fee and review appraisal work. As a licensed tax consultant, Mr. Spraberry has represented property tax clients in Appraisal Review Board Hearings in both formal and informal settings. Mr. Spraberry has also served as a Senior Review Appraiser for Comerica Bank and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

Mr. Spraberry has experience in the appraisal of commercial, industrial, and investment grade properties to determine the Market Value for financing, possible sale or purchase, allocation of purchase price, ad valorem purposes, and internal planning purposes. Additionally, he has had experience in coordinating multi-property appraisal assignments in the southwest region and throughout the contiguous United States. Mr. Spraberry has also been extensively involved in the appraisal of “Triple-Net” assets including drug stores, grocery stores, and convenience stores. He has performed appraisals in 32 states and the District of Columbia. Additionally, Mr. Spraberry has served as a litigation consultant and expert witness in United States Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Spraberry graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate.
